Flying Pig restaurant was the host of the official launch of the daily flight Munchen – Chisinau – Munchen carried out by German national carrier „Lufthansa”. First flight was made on April 22, 2010 and the services were planned in such a way that would assure a fast and comfortable connection with such popular destinations as New York, Washington, Boston, Tokyo, London, Paris, Barcelona, Stockholm, and many others. Bavarian cuisine, cold bear and cool music were the key elements that created a relaxing atmosphere at the launch party – things that got closer the „Lufthansa” company managers and their main partners in Moldova.
