Employees of the AVON Moldova company met the summer in a very special atmosphere. We were pleased to offer them new sensations during a teambuilding program, which took place at Costesti Fishing Enterprise. The event started on a calm note, with an icebreaking game. But what had followed after this surprised all the participants. Being divided into two teams, participants have participated at a paintball war, based on a specific scenario. Each team had the task to protect its flag from their enemy. One new rule has been introduced in the game –each “killed” participant could revive at the next level of the game.

The paintball war was followed by other entertaining activities like bow firing, horse racing lessons, and some classical teambuilding games. All these activities have successfully accomplished their aim to fortify the relations between the company’s employees. After a dinner on the terrace near the Costesti Lake, participants had enjoyed a disco party and a bonfire, which ended the event.
