During five days the team of the “Roche Ukraine” company and their colleagues from Moldova have participated at different activities, with the aim of experience exchange and acknowledge of new pharmaceutical products. First days were fully loaded with seminars and presentations, all of them being hold in the conference rooms of the Codru hotel. However, in the evening participants were given more free time, tasting from the Moldavian national cuisine at one of the best restaurants in Chisinau and taking part at some exciting trips and enjoying select wines in famous underground wineries.

 Last day was totally dedicated to the team strengthening, by means of a organizing a teambuilding. Morning silence of the forest where the Sadova rest base is located was step by step replaced with few icebreakers and warming games, afterwards the participants were divided into 4 teams. Therefore, each team had to pass one each activity centre, where 2-3 games were concentrated. Beside all known activities like Spider Web, Ball in Storm and Air Lock, there were new games introduced, like Mini Labyrinth, Huge Compass and Mine Field.

At noon, teams have also participated in a culinary contest, each preparing a fish soup. The soup was as special as participants, as they have “picked up” all ingredients during a sport orientation on terrain. Lunch was then followed by an obstacle relay. Finally the evening came out with a disco party and some grilled dishes.
